Ceragem Warranty
Every Ceragem Master and Pause product comes with a 1-year limited warranty covering parts and labor. Master models can extend coverage into years 2 and 3 with an optional Extended Warranty plan. The table below summarizes coverage for each model.

Standard warranty (year 1)
Every Master and Pause model comes with 1 year of coverage, starting on the purchase date. If a part fails from a manufacturing defect, the replacement part and the labor to install it are both covered.
Extended Warranty (years 2–3)
Master models can add an optional Extended Warranty at purchase to stay covered through years 2 and 3.
- Master V9 Parts and labor stay covered, same as year 1.
- Master V7, V5, V6, V4, S4 Parts stay covered. Labor is billed after year 1.
- Pause series No extended warranty is offered at this time.
Extended Warranty also covers
- Abdominal heating pad (S4, V4, V5, V6, V7, V9)
- Aircell foot massager unit (V6, V7, V9)
- Smart remote controllers and integrated displays
Parts covered by model
- Master V9, V7, V5 Rollers, heaters, frames, display units, and electronics.
- Master V6, V4 Main mat, sub mat, rollers, heaters, frames, and connecting parts.
- Master S4 Heating mat, rollers, PCB, controller, and frame.
Parts supply after the warranty
For Master V9, V7, and V5, the manufacturer keeps main PCB and motor parts available for 10 years, so repairs stay possible long after the warranty ends. This is a parts-supply commitment, not extra warranty coverage.
